Nice complements, guys, but I also have respect for the
politics of having grammarians here. Anybody can proclaim
themselves expert and misguide a lot of beginners with weird
interpretations of the langauge.

I feel honored that I am respected enough that I'm on the short
list of people who will serve as Beginners' Grammarian. (Note,
that it is a good idea to spell that out at least once in every
post, since a lot of beginners don't know what BG stands for,
just like they don't know that KLBC stands for Klingon Language
Beginners' Conference). Anyway, until I am the acting BG,
regardless of my skill level, I'm really just another guy with
an opinion. It is important to have clear lines of authority to
avoid chaos. The Grammarians here have a long reputation for
doing their jobs well and I don't want to ever hint at any lack
of respect for that. My respect for that is profound.

If the grammarians here had not done such a good job, then I
would not HAVE my current skill level, since I learned most of
my Klingon language right here on this list.

Of course, when I BECOME BG, my word will be LAW, and you will
all LIKE it! [sound of bullwhip]. Mwahahaa haaaa... haaaaaah.
