Remember; case is significant in Klingon, especially with the letter q.
"qaleghneS" means "I am honored to see you." "QaleghneS" is a different
word, with a totally different pronunciation, and a meaning I couldn't
guess at.

Hrm. I think I'm missing something. "DI" is rubble. "poH" is "time
period". "Rubble's Klingon's time-period... may it continue"? I won't
argue the word-order, since while subjects in Klingon are supposed to go
after the verb, this rule is sometimes broken in toasts and verbs with
"-jaj". But I would recommend that you not break the rule when making up
your own sentences.
In any case, the phrase "Klingons forever!" *is* in fact given as a toast
in the _Power Klingon_ tape, as "reH tlhInganpu' taHjaj" (always Klingons
may-they-continue). Note the word-order is weird here, as mentioned.
