Oops, the other thing I wanted to comment on.  D. Sturm asks about using
something like "X Y *jeDaq" for "between X and Y".  As I said with respect
to A. Appleyard's request for an "in" suffix, the most likely answer is a
noun of location (like bIng, Dung, etc.).  In this case, it exists: joj.
So I'd think "Duj yuQ je jojDaq" would be good for "between the ship and
the planet" ("in the ship's and planet's between-space").
