Nick Nicholas requested a "irrealis/subjunctive/hypothetcal mood"
to dissambiguate :
veQDuj jIH HoD 'e' vImaS either "I'd rather be a captian of a garbage scow"
or "I am the captain of a garbage scow. That's what I prefer"
My suggestiojn, that *SEEMS* to work in this case an *MAYBE* in all cases,
is to put at the front of the phrase:
vI(jI)wuqnISqu'chugh vaj... Translation "If I REALLY need to decide
then..."
I think this carries the needed sarcasm that the phrase intends. If this
does NOT work in every case please submit a phrase as an example so I can
better understand whats needed to fulfill Nicks request.
