I believe Okrand mentioned the _Romulan Chrestomathy_. I don't know whether
there is an actual Romulan language (though I strongly suspect there are bits &
pieces floating around), but a friend of mine says he has a Vulcan phrasebook.
However, ~mark has mentioned that Vulcan is not so much a language of its own
as thinly disguised Japanese. Go figure......
