b -- as in English.
ch -- cha' "two."
D -- Dal "be boring," given on tape as SuDal "you (pl.) are boring."
gh -- ghuy'cha' "@#$%^&," but -rgh, as in chorgh "eight," sounds different.
j -- as in English (never as in French).
l -- as in English (clear, not dark, I believe).
m, n -- as in English.
ng -- tera'ngan "Terran."
p -- close to English.
q -- taHqeq "!@#$."
Q -- Qu'vatlh "@#$%," Qo'noS "Kronos."
r -- tera'ngan is the best example I can think of (but see under gh above).
S -- Soch "seven," Qo'noS.
t -- pretty much as in English.
tlh -- Qu'vatlh, tlhIH "you (pl.)"
v, w, y -- as in English.
' -- wa' "one," wa'maH "ten," cha', ghuy'cha', Qu'vatlh, Qo'noS, many others.
