UHURA: rura' pente'!
CHEKOV: qIb Dat {nov lom Daq} ponglu'.

I read {lom Daq} as morgue or mortuary. I suggest {mol Daq}.

SCOTT: DaH muH rIntaH net maS.
SPOCK: Sogh. qIpbogh peng: cha'qa'. taD!

Are they looking at a record tape or something? I don't understand Spock in English here. If so, the Klingon is clearer than the English.

CHEKOV: 'entepray' 'oH. mabaHpu'.
SCOTT: DuHbe'! ngIq peng wItoghtaHvIS wIlegh, qaH.
SPOCK: jatlh qempa'wI': DuHlaHbe'bogh wIv DabuSHa'chugh, ghaytanHa'
teH ratlhbogh wIv 'e' yIbuSHa'; teHbej.

I don't like the way buSHa' is used here, the "second person impersonal" is an English thing, I think, and DuH is a better translation than wIv. (Get rid of your English need to use contrasting root words.) I'd prefer something in the direction of: {DuHlaHbe'bogh DuH qIllu'ta'DI' teHnIS tlhoS DuHlaHbe'bogh ratlhwI'}.

And there's a data point for your {loQ ... -bogh} earlier: the -bogh clause is its own clause with its own adjectives.

UHURA: maHvaD yIQIj.
SPOCK: chavetlh wIbaHlaHbe'chugh, baH latlh.
SCOTT: toH, qIp'eghbe'. latlh Duj tu'lu'be'.
SPOCK: woj'a'na' tu'lu'bej.

woj law'qu'. It wasn't something beyond the ordinary sense of radiation: it was just a lot of it.

I get caught up finding plotholes and don't manage to critique the Klingon. :-)
