<p>It took real effort to figure out that you didn&#39;t mean &quot;Thirteen years ago, when I was born...&quot; I think this would need to use a different idiom: &quot;after I had suffered thirteen years&quot; or &quot;when I was a thirteen year youngster&quot; or something.</p>

<p>You probably should use {tongDuj} instead of {tepqengwI&#39;}. (If I were reading with less of a delay, my earlier comments would likely have influenced this already.)</p>

<p>Even without {&#39;e&#39;}, I think the prohibition against aspect suffixes on the second verb of a SAO applies to {neH}. It strikes me as wrong when I read it, anyway.</p>
