Also, it appears that Se'vIr is what Okrand originally used. According to Quvar:

Se'vIr would also better match the pun that some have suggested, namely that Okrand describes his encounters with publishers as "severe".

The first thing I noticed is that they wrote {Sev'Ir} rather than
{Se'vIr} (the latter of which I have in my notes). Which one is the
typo?
