RE: choH vs. choHmoH

Fiat Knox ([email protected])

Sometimes the Terran fails to convey the meaning properly. When describing a new or changed situation such as a change of ownership, the Klingon must be more direct:-

DaH Qe' che' vu'wI' chu' A new manager now runs the restaurant.

Here, the Klingon describes a change in the situation without need of referencing choH or moH in any way.

Otherwise a Klingon would look at the phrase about altered hands and enquire as to what the hands have been changed into. Pseudopods? Claws? Hooves like those of a targ?
