Notice that {joq} "and/or" or {ghap} "either/or" is omitted. Perhaps
because these are merely examples of Klingon foods that "few humans dare to
eat" - i.e. gagh, rokeg blood pie, heart of targ, etc., etc. - and not
three actual dishes to choose from on the table?

Since S21 is our only example of {ngIl}, I don't know. I'm also stumbling
over the "I dare/challenge you to X". Have we ever seen the "prefix trick"
used with {'e'}? I can't think of an example off the top of my head. If
we can't, we can always rephrase:

qagh, ro'qegh'Iwchab, targh tIq (joq) yISop; qangIl!

qagh, ro'qegh'Iwchab, targh tIq (joq) yISop; qaqaD!
