qep'a' mebna'

I'm pleased to be able to confirm that Marc Okrand will once again be  
attending the qep'a'.
He'll be driving up late Friday, and traffic permitting we can expect  
to see him sometime that
evening. He'll stay through Sunday morning.

I believe he's also gifting us with a new word (perhaps more than one?).
