{Sorya' HIq}  Saurian brandy

   Thus, the word {HIq} is translated in various ways in names of
   different drinks, particularly, though not exclusively, those
   of non-Klingon origin: {romuluS HIq} (Romulan ale), {'Iw HIq}
   (bloodwine), {Sorya' HIq} (Saurian brandy).       (KGT 94-95)

Sauria is apparently a planet in the Trek universe:

   The syllable {ya'} seems to be used as if it were a suffix
   meaning "place name". Thus, Ligon has sometimes been called
   {lIghonya'} in addition to {lIghon}, Organia is both {'orghenya'}
   and {'orghen}, and Cardassia is both {qarDaS} and {qarDaSya'}.
   The {-ya'} cannot be added to all planet names, however.
   (KGT 142)

I suspect that this name isn't normally shortened 1) because {Sorya'} is
already only two syllables long (the other examples were three syllables
with {-ya'}) and 2) because the short form *{Sor} means "tree" in
Klingon. (*{Sor HIq} = Saurian brandy or wood alcohol? <g>)
