AFAIK it's never been used in canon.
Cf. also the verbs {nge'} take away, {tlhap} take, {woD} throw away.

The captain (...) then reverts to the ancient language form
{no' Hol} and says, {Delaq Do'}, meaning something like "Take
your stations", a phrase never heard in any other context.
(KGT 184; Martok used this ritual when assuming command of the
BoP Rotarran in DS9 "Soldiers of the Empire")
Shows up as a morpheme in {Qu' vu'wI' yaH} "Mission Ops", {ropyaH}
"infirmary" and {SeHyaH} "command center, [Fleet] Operations/Command"
(?). This last is from Okrand's ST5 notes:
HoD, yo' SeHyaH nIvvo' potlh De' wIHevtaH
[Captain, we are receiving a priority message from Operations
Command. (ST5 notes)
My guess is that {Qu' vu'wI' yaH} "Mission Ops" is a station on the bridge,
perhaps for controlling landing- and boarding-parties and/or squadron
maneuvers with other Klingon vessels.
On the Mailing List, {yaH} is generally used for "work (place)" or "job
(site)".
