It was the Klingon waitress in the restaurant scene:
[human male] "Is Klingon food always raw?"
[marc okrand] {reH tlhol'a' tlhIngan Soj.}
[klingon female] "Terrans enjoy eating burnt animals."
[marc okrand] {Ha'DIbaHmey meQ Sop 'e' tIv tera'nganpu'.}
