Not to be nitpicky, just making sure your notes are accurate, but the 
canonical toast doesn't have the {-mey} in it. Even a single tribble can 
ruin coordinates. :-)

And to stay on topic, the feeling I get from -be'lu' vs. -lu'be' is 
something like this:
{tu'be'lu'jaj} "May it be not found"
{tu'lu'be'jaj} "May it not be found"
i.e., a slightly different feel like in English, but not significant enough 
to argue one over the other in any given situation.
