Although we do have {qhu} "baby", not surprisingly there's no known word 
for "diaper".  For all we know, Klingons don't use them.  (Not all Terran 
cultures do either.)

How about using *{qatwI'} "wrapper" from {qat} "wrap, encase"?  Other words 
to play with might be the diminutives of {yopwaH} "pants" and {Sut} "clothing".
