"apparently" is {-law'}: {jIleghlaHbe'law'}.
{-bej} is the opposite idea: "certainly, undoubtedly, definitely".

No idea, but I'm guessing from the game portion. (I've never gotten KCD to
work on my computer.) {tu'HomI'raH} is also listed in the KGT glossary.
