One: Klingon is a constructed language, not a natural one.

Two: There are no native Klingon speakers, nor will there ever be any.

Three: The only source of new Klingon grammar and vocabulary is Marc
Okrand.

The sooner you come to terms with these things, the better.  Now can you
please stop stirring up trouble on the list?  It's really getting old.

(Oxford English Dictionary) has added almost 2,000 new words and phrases
