The {-vo'} is superfluous.  {nuqDaq DaSuq?}

In general, the translation of "where from" ("whence") will depend on the
context of the sentence.

Where do you come from?
nuqDaq bIbogh?
munglIj yIngu'!
nuq 'oH mung SeplIj'e'?

Where did you (just) come from?
chay' bInargh?
Daq Damejpu'bogh yIngu'!

Etc.
