This depends on what you want to say.  When asking for a way to say
something in Klingon, always include what it is you're trying to say, as the
answer will usually depend on this.

I meant to board the ship.
"I intended to board the ship."

Heghmo' Qang maghob.
The Chancellor's death means there will be war.
"Because the Chancellor died, we will do war."

qech'e' 'oSbogh <batlh> yIngu'!
What does the word {batlh} mean?
"Identify the idea that {batlh} represents!"

pagh 'oS pongDaj.
His name has no meaning.
"His name represents nothing."
