DCKL translation problems: be sorry

Lieven L. Litaer (Quvar) ([email protected]) [KLI Member] [Hol ghojwI']

This is a bad one!

{QoS} is listed as "sorry, to be sorry"

Since Klingons do not say "hello", "thank you" or please, I'm sure they won't say "I'm sorry" either, in the
sense of an excuse.

When I looked it up in a dictionary, I found the word "betrübt, bekümmert, erbärmlich" which is in
english something like "be sad", "feel bad", "aggrieved", "miserable".

(I'm specifically looking over to our german Klingonists around here, who might find a better word for
me)

Quvar.
