Example:
I had a cup in my hand
Bob arrived and removed the cup from my hand
The cup had been taken away from me.
ghopwIjDaq Hivje' vIghaj
paw Bob 'ej ghopwIjvo' HIvje' teq Bob
jIHvo' yaH HIvje'
Does that help?
"be taken away" means that something had been removed from where ever it
was. If I take way your drink then your drink has been taken away. Normally,
in English, "be taken away" has a "from" clause with it.
