it is a sound pronounced in the back of your throat as well but slightly 
different. used in afrikans ( language) and some other languages here. not quite a 
k more close to the other Q but with a click. go to the kli and where they 
have pronunciation of letters it has it there. that is all i can say. i am going 
there myself to relisten to it.:)
