Yes, almost: the word {'enterpray'} starts and ends with an apostrophe, same for {Qaw'}.
And the pronoun is not neccessary, only for emphasis
{'enterpray' wIQaw'} "we will destroy the Enterprise"

With sentence as object, the verb of which 'e' is the object need the according prefix. But you have the prefix "s/he-
me". Which is correct at the verb, if you look only at the end of the sentence:
{mura' ra'wI'wI'}
"my commander commands me"
The object of {ra'} is the commanded person, not the order.

The answer to such a question should be the command, the order:
{'enterpray' yIQaw'}
So I'd rephrase the whole thing like we do with indirect speech:
{mura' ra'wI'wI': 'enterpray' yIQaw'}
"my commander commands me: destroy the enterprise"
{'enterpray' yIQaw'; mura' ra'wI'wI'}
"destroy the enterprise, my commander orders me."
