Never used in canon.

Note the synonym {Say'qu'moH} "sterilize" in KGT (and HQ 1.3), built up
from {Say'} "be clean" and {Say'moH} "wash".

Also note the apparently unrelated noun {woj} "radiation".

janmey ngo' lulo'lu'DI' pIj jabbI'ID nISpu' woj
Older models were susceptible to radiation. S19

ghunchu'wI' once commented, "I always thought {woj} did make a reasonable
verb, though -- 'irradiate' or something similar seems okay for
'sterilize'." (I suppose high doses of radiation can sterilize a person,
if it doesn't kill him first!) However, we also have {tlhuD} "emit
(energy, radiation)":

chIch vay' 'oy'moHmeH 'oy'naQ 'ul law' tlhuD 'oH.
Painstiks ... emit a highly-charged shock for the express purpose
   of inflicting pain. S32
