Again, while I applaud the intended design, this is not the discussion that
occurred. I'm not doubting your sincerity, but more often than not intent
doesn't come through in text as clearly in live conversation.

Okay, you're losing me now. Of course you should "come right out and say
what it is" you mean. How else are we to know? We can't guess your intent or
your thoughts. We have only your posts to use to infer meaning.

And I don't see that people responding to posts to be a case of "jumping the
gun." You put forth a premise, people responded. Some of them responded in a
way that was more kindly disposed to you than other responders. That's the
way the process works. That's the nature of discussion.

This, on the other hand, is meta-discussion. Discussion about the
discussion. And, under the terms of the mailing list, it really doesn't
belong here (unless we do it in Klingon). If you (or anyone, for that
matter) is unclear on my position or views, or just wants to continue this
-- until I see the error of my ways? :) -- I'd suggest we do so off list.

>I can do great things for the Klingon Language. Just don't know
>who to speak to...

Generally, if someone is as motivated and enthusiastic as you seem to be,
you can speak to me, or any of the current or past officers of the KLI.
Keeping in mind of course that in all likelihood you're not the only one
doing so, and that as such you might not get an instant response (especially
from me in the months when HolQeD is being assembled and put to press).
