possession vs. ghaj

As
someone else pointed out, "Quch Hab ghaj SoSlI'" may refer to a scalp that
your mother has kept as a trophy -- certainly not an insult. Whereas
"Hab SoSlI' Quch" most definitely refers to "your mother's forehead

it can be a separate forehead as a trophy too, can't it, and not the one of
her own body? then all of the objections against using {ghaj} would also apply
to this noun-noun possessive, i think. they're both applicable and equally
ambiguous.
