I think we have to look here at what we mean by 'pants to poverty'

We are really saying ' say no to poverty ' or poverty is bad.

how about

mIp lughajbe' tIchepmoH

You must cause those without wealth to prosper


That's about the best I can come up with and I have absoultley no idea
if it fits your needs or even if its correct.
