bItaQ'a'? DaHujlu''a'?
I think you were going for the "charge (up)" meaning of <Huj>, but from
the definition, the verb is transitive, meaning "charge something else
up". Fortunately, we have the perfect new word from KGT for this
situation: pIl. <... 'a DaHjaj jIpIlqu'ba'.>

This could be written <qabmo' muD Dotlh ...> or <muD Dotlh qabmo' ...>.
Different sentence structure, same meaning. Cool.
I do wonder, though, if weather can be "bad". There's nothing wrong with
your sentence; just something to think about.

Hoch muD Dotlh Dapar'a'? Probably <naDev muD Dotlh> or <muD Dotlhvam> is
what you want.

TKD says <neH> can follow a verb or a noun, but doesn't say anything
about <neH> modifying another adverbial.

This is a bit weird. I think you need a conjunction: <Hur qoD je jojDaq
...>. I see what you're going for, but there may be a better way to
phrase it. You could also try <Hur qoD je veHDaq ...>, or you could just
say <lojmItDaq ...>. Think about your meaning and decide what you like
best.

I think this transitive usage of <tlhe'> is correct, but just <tlhe'>
alone may work as well. I don't have any notes on the usage or
transitivity of <tlhe'>, so I can't be sure. Perhaps Voragh will
contribute...

<yIQqu' 'ej lamqu'>.

Here I think <quSDaq raSDaq je rut qet> works better. The cat is running
ON the table/chair. <-Daq> is fairly vague compared to English
prepositions, but in this case, there is only one interpretation that
makes sense.

chay' <carpet> bIngDaq jaHlaH jay'?
> <closet> DungDaq rut Qong.
Here the <DungDaq> is entirely appropriate. <*closet*-Daq Qong> would
strongly imply he was sleeping IN the closet rather than on top of it.
