The "correct" URL is http://www.bigfoot.com/~dspeers/klingon/faq.htm (which
resolves to the same IP address as labs.thomtech.com today, but will not in
the future). It takes some time for name servers to propagate such changes;
perhaps the old URL is already invalid and the network is merely being slow
about letting everyone know?
