Not only is it derogatory, it's suicidal to insult your betters like this. 
Okrand comments on this type of mistake in Klingon for the Galactic
Traveller, p.190:

"Mistakes of this kind are simply not tolerated and there are no recorded
instances of anyone living long enough to repeat the offense."
