Actually, ngoqDaq QayHa' means ''copyright Decipher'' - I do not know,
who actually made the card, but Decipher's team has always been great!
The plans for this card were there since long, but Decipher was
reluctant to produce it, since they did not want to make any mistakes
in tlhingan Hol. Good for them they didn't!
BTW, all of you who play ST:CCG and have regular online access can
play the game online at http://www.foyer.de/stccg/
This is the Kedanya Station, the Online Headquarters! And we even
speak tlhingan there occasionally.
