Here is the change of command ritual from KGT p.183f, seen in DS9 "Soldiers
of the Empire":

1st Off.: DaH yaS wa'DIch vIgheS
I now take my place as first officer.
("Now I assume the responsibilities of first officer.")

Capt.: beq may' ta vIlajpu'
I have accepted the crew's record of battle.

1st Off.: juDev 'ej Dujvam ra'wI' DagheS 'e' vItlhob
I ask you to lead us as commander of this ship.
("I request that you lead us and that you assume the duties of
            commander of this ship.")

Capt.: ghopDu'wIjDaq yInmeyraj vIlaj
I accept your lives into my hands.

Capt.: Delaq Do'
          Take your stations.
          (a phrase in no' Hol)
