Short answer - yes, it is correct.

Long answer with explanation and alternatives: Both <Hol ghojlu'meH Dun> or
<Hol vIghojmeH Dun> would be correct. According to the grammar described in
TKD, <Hol ghojmeH Dun> means "In order that he/she/it learn Hol it is
wonderful." However, canon usage seems to indicate that <-meH> is special
and this really can mean the same thing as <Hol ghojlu'meH Dun>. There was a
long thread recently on this topic - something about "impersonal" in the
subject.
