The short answer is no. I couldn't possibly tell you everything I know
about tlhIngan Hol. I can point you to a few books that taught me almost
everything I know about it, but I'd have to subject you to what I have gone
through.
I will however, put this on the list and let some people who have less
posting to do than me tell you about the origins. There's also a FAQ at
http://labs.thomtech.com/~dspeers/Klingon/faq.htm and I think it has some of
that information in it.
