'ej, qoj, pagh into negative sentances

Greetings!

It's easy when we have the examples like:

Duj vIje’ ‘ej juH vIje’ - I buy a car and I buy a house
Duj vIje’ qoj juH vIje’ - I buy a car and/or a house
Duj vIje’ pagh juH vIje’ - I buy a either car or a house

But if I say them into a negative sentence?

Duj vIje’be' ‘ej juH vIje’be' - I don't buy a car and I don't buy a house
Duj vIje’be' qoj juH vIje’be' - I don't buy a car and/nor a house
Duj vIje’be' pagh juH vIje’be' - I don't buy neither a car nor a house (but not both)???
