I could find no examples of {-taHvIS} on the second verb of a SAO. However,
there are those two odd, rather complicated Okrandian examples of a Type 7
suffix on this verb:
DaH che' ghawran. yejquv DevwI' moj ghawran 'e' wuqta' cho' 'oDwI' Dapu'bogh
janluq pIqarD HoD.
