Aha! I didn't realize that your real question was 'how shall I spell my name?'
If your name is pronounced like cash-uh, I would spell it qaSa
If it is like cas-ee-uh, I would spell it qaSIya
Look at the way the sounds of the letters are described in the beginning of TKD.
Pick the ones that get closest to the way you say your name.
