For some reason Okrand published a different Klingon spelling of Gre'thor in
his recent "Klingon for the Galactic Traveller". The KLI didn't invent it,
just posted it as a convenience for those still without access to KGT. So
far as we know - Okrand didn't explain the variant - both are acceptible.

ghe'tor Gre'thor (where the spirits of dishonored go) KGT [new preferred
spelling for ghe''or? Cf. KGT:130]
- quvHa'; ghe'tor ngan rur
dishonored as an inhabitant of Gre'thor (KGT)
ghe''or Gre'thor, the Netherworld, the underworld [the place where the
dishonored go to die in Klingon mythology (TNG: "Devil's Due") STE] (now
use ghe'tor?)

You belong in a black hole in the Netherworld! (PK)
