beginner's questions

I've seen different spellings for the afterworld. ghe''or and ghre'tor. 
Is one of these correct, why was it changed, or is it something entirely 
different?
Also, I'm writing Klingon historical fiction (ala' Shakespeare). Can the 
KLI help me to submit it to Pocket Books for publication. Perhaps even 
offer advice?
