I agree that {poH law'} is not the right idea.  The idea considered 
here is not "many times."  But it's not a "big time," either.  It's a
"long time."  The period of time being talked about isn't "large" the 
way a physical object is.  It's "lengthy" the way a boring lecture is.

The "right" way to say this is obviously {poH nI'}.
