No, Okrand said he was going to address the question of {ja'chuq} in another
post, but I don't think he ever did.  If it *is* {ja'}+{-chuq}, then you're
quite right, the object is clearly the person being spoken to.  If it's a
single word {ja'chuq}, then it's not relevant to this discussion anyway.

No, {ja'} is not used in any of the jokes, and {ja'} has never taken an
explicit noun as an object.  The jokes contain {jatlh}, {jang}, and {tlhob}.
