Does the KLI page *really* say this?  Golly, it does.  Mark, fix it!  It's
very misleading.  The sound is made in the back of the *mouth*, not in the
throat.  TKD says the tongue should be in the same position as an English
"g", but a little more relaxed.  That's exactly the same articulation point
as a Klingon {H} and an English "k".
