Oh, now I see. It's the same thing that tripped me up when you tried to
say 4:30 pm in Klingon when describing your Saturday meetings.
11:30 pm isn't a problem for me. Neither is {cha'maH wejvatlh wejmaH rep}.
They're the same time: twenty-three hundred thirty hours. But what you
said doesn't follow the "military time" 24-hour time pattern. Your sentence
says "eleven hundred hours, thirty minutes" -- which isn't at all right.
Perhaps you're thinking of the "eleven hours, thirty minutes" way that
the standard-time-and-frequency radio stations WWV and CHU broadcast it?
Power Klingon's description of the time of day is explicitly said to be
the same as we do it in 24-hour fashion. It's "X hours", with the time
given as if the hours were hundreds instead of sixties. It is not given
as "X hours Y minutes", and it's most certainly not a mixture of the two,
"X hundred hours Y minutes", the way you tried it.
