To start with, you need to go get yourself a copy of The Klingon Dictionary
by Marc Okrand. The Dictionary describes most of the grammar and vocabulary
of the language, and it is the only source for this information. The Klingon
Language Institute, which sponsors this mailing list, has an excellent page
about getting started with Klingon at /kli/starting.html.
