qarbej.  You could analyse S26 as a N-N-N-N-N genitive, or a N1-N2-N3
genitive where N1 and N2 are themselves N-N phrases (DIpghommey): 

        DuraS tuq           tlhIngan yejquv       patlh
  the (House of Duras)'s (Klingon High Council)'s rank

The trick is not getting lost amidst all the nouns.
