Here's my chance to correct an error I made in correcting this post. 
/Do'/ works.  It means "with luck" or "luckily." The two meanings seem
to be a contradiction, but if you consider that Klingon has no tense,
it isn't.

/Do' nubojbe'taH SoSpu'ma'/ means any and all of

"Luckily, our mothers didn't nag us."
"With luck, our mothers won't nag us."
"We're lucky our mothers don't nag us."
