Excuse the non-Klingon post for an update from your friendly list
administrator...
I have updated the FAQ, both to include the recently-unearthed info about
the mysterious origins of the KLBC, and (following up on a request from the
{qep'a'}), to provide a version in HTML frames, for those who (1) have
frames-enabled browsers and (2) don't mind frames. :) The original,
non-frames version is intact.

Note that the URL is no longer <//labs.thomtech.com/...>. Although this
currently still works, it will be going away in the near future, so please
