A {puqbe'} "daughter" is already a {be'} "woman, female".  I don't think
{be'} implies maturity the way the English "woman" does.  The word {nen}
"be adult, be mature" probably carries the desired idea here.

{wej nen be'Homvam} "This girl is not yet grown up."  Or maybe use the
phrase {be' nen} "mature female" the way TKW page 177 used {loD nen} to
refer to an adult "man".
